To achieve total quality control, meet deadlines and provide the best quality/price ratio, Atelier Ferland has made the decision to manufacture and assemble every component in its own plant. Thanks to an innovative management system, Atelier Ferland's four departments are given internal mandates, while maintaining the autonomy required to undertake specific contracts with external customers.
The Metal Fabrication department is testimony to the success of this strategy. Located in a vast 6,000 sq ft building, equipped with a complete array of welding, bending, cutting and handling instruments, the department cuts and assembles all types of metals, in every possible way. It also delivers its products painted, galvanized or plated.

PLASMA OXY-ACETYLENE CUTTING
Our Plasma and Oxy-Acetylene Cutting is always on the cutting edge of technology, Atelier Ferland has acquired a "CNC" plasma and oxy-acetylene cutting system. This enables us to cut complex shapes in small or large quantities.
Oxy-acetylene cut: 1/4" to 10" thick carbon steel
Precision: +/- 1/32"
Capacity: 5' x 10'
Plasma cut: Non-ferrous metals 1/16" to 1 1/2" thick.
